We accept all major credit cards for in-store and online purchases. For international orders, we also accept PayPal and Mercado Pago.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on national orders over $400,000 COP and on international orders over $250 USD.

How can I track my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges for size, color, or style are accepted within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value. For more details, please review our Exchange and Warranty Policy.
How do I make an exchange?
If you made your purchase online, please email your order details to info@bahiamaria.com, and our team will assist you. If you purchased in-store or through social media, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at (+57) 323 287 2045. Your request will be processed within 4 to 7 business days once the items are received at our office. Please note, shipping costs are not covered.
Does my order come with a warranty?
Yes, you can request a warranty within 30 days of receiving your order. To file a claim, please contact us at info@bahiamaria.com. Please note that warranties are valid only for manufacturing defects, and we are not responsible for improper garment use. For more information, please check our Exchange and Warranty Policy.
What if my size is unavailable?
We typically have sizes S, M, and L in stock. If these sizes don't work for you, you can place a special order either online or at our physical store. Please note, we offer sizes XS to XL, and custom orders may have longer delivery times.
How should I care for my BAHÍA MARÍA pieces?
To extend the life of your items, hand wash them with gentle soap and let them air dry. Avoid wringing the fabric or drying them in direct sunlight.
Can you make adjustments to my Bahía María pieces?
We offer length adjustments only. No other modifications can be made. This service is available exclusively at our physical store.
